The South Florida Water Management District
presents
The Living Everglades
A
website designed
to provide citizens, scientists, teachers, and students access
to a vast amount of information and data about the Florida Everglades.
This means that you can find data
on water quality, hydrology and weather, nitrogen and phosphorus
levels, water levels and flows, and rainfall throughout the Greater
Everglades region. These data are provided by the SFWMD and other
agencies such as: U.S. Geological Survey, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers,
Everglades National Park, and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric
Administration.
You'll also find links to publications, videos, and other information
resources that track the success of Everglades restoration projects
and the general health of Florida's ecosystems.
Take
some time and explore the site, and learn more about The Living
Everglades.
